SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN PENERIMA BONUS UNTUK SALES MARKETING PADA PT. TELKOM LUBUKLINGGAU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TECHNIQUE OF ORDER BY PREFERENCE SIMILARITY TO IDEAL SOLUTION
In the decision support system, the determination of bonus recipients for sales marketing is made based on data obtained from the company PT. Telkom Lubuklinggau. The calculation used in this study uses the technique of order by preference similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method because it can assist in the process of determining recommendations for sales marketing employees who are entitled to receive bonuses. The assessment used is based on attendance criteria, product understanding, service and work targets. These results will later be used as an effort to make decisions on the selection of sales marketing employees who are entitled to receive bonuses. In the decision-making process, a computer-based Decision Support System is needed that can calculate the assessment considerations on the criteria determined when determining the bonus recipients for employees every three months effectively and objectively so that the assessment carried out is more accurate.
