This study aims to (1) describe the marketing channels of processed rubber materials through the auction and non-auction markets in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih District, (2) Describe and analyze the market structure of the marketing of processed rubber materials through auction and non-auction markets, (3) Analyzing the margin and efficiency of marketing of rubber processed materials for auction and non-auction markets. This research was conducted in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih District. The time of data collection was carried out from November to December 2019. The research method used was a survey method. The sampling method used was a balanced randomized method with 43 farmers as respondents, 27 farmers for the auction market and 16 farmers for the non-auction market. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data which are the result of direct observations and interviews with farmers. The results of this study indicate that there are two rubber marketing channels that occur in Karang Jaya Village, namely Channel 1 (Farmers - KUD - Rubber Factory) and Channel II (Farmers - Collector Traders - Rubber Factory). The market structure in Kelurahan Karang Jaya for the auction market level is a perfectly competitive market, at the collector trader level is a high concentration oligopsony market and at the rubber factory level is a monopsony market. The average marketing channel in Karang Jaya Village has a marketing margin of Rp. 975.00 for every kilogram of processed rubber material sold. The average farmer's share in the rubber marketing channel has a percentage of above 50% and a marketing efficiency value of ≥ 50 percent, which means that the marketing of processed rubber materials in Karang Jaya Village is quite efficient.
