This study aims to see the ability of rhizobacteria resistance or familiarly called the promotion of rhizobacteria plant growth (PGPR) in herbicide stressed, the ability of PGPR to help plants in herbicide stress, the ability of PGPR isolation to inhibit pathogen growth and the ability of PGPR to assist plants in conditions attacked by the pathogen Fusarium. oxysporum. The research stages included the screening of a total of 21 potential bacterial isolates with herbicide-resistant ability, three bacterial isolates (CHTB 5B, AD 14 and AD 24) that had the potential to have resistant abilities which were selected and carried out characterization tests for ACC Deaminase, proteolytic, N-fixing, Fe-chelating, phosphate solubilizing and IAA (Indole Acetic Acid). And asses the ability of bacterial isolation in helping plants to stress herbicide toxins. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the treatment of bacterial isolates. The assessment for the antagonistic ability of bacterial isolates was only isolates 140 B and III B that had antagonistic ability. The inhibition assessment resulting from the in vitro test was the bacterial isolate 140 B by 39% and the bacterial isolate III B the highest was 46%. The highest effectiveness of bacterial isolates in helping chili plants was attacked by Fusarium oxysporum, namely bacterial isolate 140 B, which was 68% and bacterial isolate only 48%. The conclusion of this study is that there are bacterial isolates CHTB 5B, AD 14 and AD 24 which have the ability to resist herbicide and bacterial isolates 140 B and III B which have the ability to antagonize the pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum.
