This Final Project on Web-Based Inventory Applications was carried out at Billy's Shop, which is one of the rice suppliers in the city of Palembang. This Final Project was carried out to make an Inventory Application at Billy's Store. In this shop, the management of goods data and making reports applies a simple way of using paper, Billy's shop does not have an application to process the data of the goods so that the data of the goods is not stored in the database, this is considered less effective because it causes errors such as loss of paper containing records of goods, data repetitive activities (data duplication) as well as producing accurate and precise reports takes a long time. Based on these problems the author designed a web-based inventory application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The software development method used is the waterfall method. The result of making this Final Project is a computerized web-based inventory application. The benefits of this inventory application are that it makes it easier for owners and employees to manage and control the available item data, minimizes the possibility of errors in the process of recording goods, and make reporting easier.
