PIP is an aid from the government for the underprivileged in terms of education provided to school-age children. PIP is a refinement of the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program which provides educational cash assistance for school-age children who are entitled to it. Determination of PIP Scholarships must be done quickly and accurately. Using the Decision Support System (SPK) can help determine PIP scholarship recipients quickly and accurately. This study applies the Yager Model MADM method in making decisions because it is able to select the best alternative that has a value above the average of other alternatives. The results of the accuracy in this study are 88.89% for the determination of the 2018 PIP scholarship and 93.55% for the determination of the scholarship. PIP 2019. Based on the accuracy obtained, it can be concluded that the MADM Model Yager method is good in making the ideal decision to determine the recipients of the PIP scholarship at SDN 135 Palembang.
