Tea plantations are one of teh promising agricultural sectors, apart from tea production with teh Company's capacity, teh products of teh tea that are produced can be reprocessed to have added value which will certainly increase teh company's profits. Teh objectives of this study were to: 1) Analyze teh amount of added value obtained by PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagaralam Unit in teh production process of Tea Bags and Brewed Tea and 2) to find out what factors are behind teh processing of tea leaves into teabags and brewed tea PT. Perkebuanan Nusantara VII, Pagaralam City. Data collection was carried out from March to April 2021. Teh method used in this study was a survey method. Teh data obtained consisted of primary data and secondary data. Teh results showed that 1) Teh amount of added value obtained from processing tea leaves into tea bags was Rp. 2,697,755.00 / 15 kg with a production yield of 15 kg in one production process with a selling price of Rp.10,000 / box to Rp. 3,000,000.00 / 15kg and teh profit obtained by PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Pagaralam is 0.84% while teh amount of added value obtained from processing tea leaves into brewed tea at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Pagaralam is IDR 653,340.00 / 20 kg with teh production of 20 kg in one production process with a selling price of IDR 346,660.00 / 20 kg and a profit of 0.96%. 2) Teh factors behind teh processing of tea leaf shoots into teabags and brewed tea are: raw materials, high prices, and capital.
