PT. Tonggak Ampuh is one of the producers of electric poles and piles with the first practical system in Indonesia. PT. Tonggak Ampuh continues to look for ways to increase production results in order to produce good products that meet standards. In the production process, this company cannot be separated from the use of machines and production tools. In the use of machines and production tools, it is undeniable that many problems will be found. From these problems, we need a knowledge management system that can store knowledge. The methodology used in this study refers to the KM methodology developed by Amrit Tiwana (1999). Another method used is the Choo Sense Making Model which is a method for sharing knowledge in the formation of knowledge in order to produce new knowledge. The results of this study are employees can manage and document knowledge properly and structured so as to improve employee performance and a culture of sharing knowledge and assist in finding good solutions.
