Assets are important things owned by every company or organization. The asset management process that is carried out properly will make the assets owned by the company more optimal. Because the asset management process has not been implemented optimally, this research requires tools that can help companies analyze and manage data into information. The Business Intelligence method is one solution to this need in order to assist management by providing future predictions, patterns, and assisting in decision making. In designing and implementing Business Intelligence for inventory using the Business Intelligence Roadmap method. The Business Intelligence Roadmap is one of the Business Intelligence methods used because it is adaptive and detailed which consists of 6 phases and 16 stages in it. This research provides benefits and competitive advantages to Fasilkom Unsri, especially in the equipment section. This system can improve the quality of decisions taken in solving problems of meeting inventory needs, monitoring operational activities, meeting information needs and effective data management. and focus on making reports in the form of data visualizations such as charts and graphs.
