Usability testing is a testing method used to evaluate the usability of the system or software that has been developed for users, therefore usability testing is very important for every software developer to test the usability of products that will later be used by many people. Two things are important to be tested with the usability testing method, namely the appearance or user interface (UI) and user experience or user experience (UX) in using the system or software. The method used is the usability scale system (SUS) and single ease question (SEQ), the SUS method consists of ten questions with a rating system of numbers from one (strongly disagree) to five (strongly agree). While the SEQ method consists of one question for each task or job to be tested and has a Likert scale rating from one (very difficult) to seven (very easy). Electronic work order submission (E-POK) is a system and software developed to assist the work of the RBP department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja. By testing the system using the two usability testing methods, it was found that the Electronic Work Order Submission (E-POK) system was good and made the user's work easier.
