PENERAPAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MENGGUNAKAN METODE KMSLC (KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LIFE CYCLE) DAN KONSEP GAMIFICATION (STUDI KASUS: DINAS PERIKANAN KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM)
Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Muara Enim is one of the local government agencies tasked with carrying out government affairs and public services in the field of fisheries which is the regional authority. As time goes by, the amount of knowledge available at Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Muara Enim, especially the Secretariat section, is increasing. The application of the Knowledge Management System can maximize employee performance by providing a place for each knowledge and making it easier to access that knowledge. Knowledge Management System is built based on a website using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method which consists of 7 stages of system development. Knowledge Management System also applies the Gamification concept using the Marczewski’s Gamification Framework which can increase employee enthusiasm in sharing knowledge.
