Shopee is one of the Customer-To Customer (C2C) e-commerce e-commerce models using applications as a place to do business. Shopee provides several customer access options, including through the website and mobile platform for the convenience of shopping online. To find information about opportunities that can be improved from existing services, Shopee can take advantage of customer reviews to find out problems that occur in the services provided to customers.
