Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still one of the main public health problems in Indonesia. The number of sufferers and the area of their distribution are increasing along with the increasing mobility and population density. The purpose of this final project is to build an application for mapping the spread of dengue fever using a geographic information system. Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system that can support spatial decision making and is able to integrate location descriptions with the characteristics found at a location. The application that was built is an effort to support a surveillance system for effective handling in preventing and eradicating dengue fever, especially in the city of Palembang.
