PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYWAN PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA VII KANTOR PENGHUBUNG SUMATERA SELATAN
PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia which is engaged in the plantation sector. The main purpose of the liasion office is as a place of sales service. Marketing activities must provide satisfaction to consumers for the product offered and sales to services, so that employees can assist in their work. This study aims to determine (1) Conditions of work discipline, motivation, and competence of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Liaison Office of South Sumatera; (2) Conditions of employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Liaison Office of South Sumatera; (3) The effect of work discipline, motivation, and competence on the employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Liaison Office of South Sumatera. This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Liaison Office of South Sumatera, which is located at Kol. H. Burlian KM 9,5 Street Palembang, South Sumatera and at IPMG of PTPN7 at Boom Baru Port of South Sumatera. This research was held on February until March 2021 using survey method and saturated sampling method. The research showed that work discipline, motivation, and competence of employees of PTPN7 Liaison Office of South Sumatera are categorized as high. Employee performance of PTPN7 Liaison Office of South Sumatera is categorized as high. Work discipline and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and competence variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
