The objectives of this study include: (1) To analyze the decline in community rubber productivity in Bukit Jaya Village, Sungai Lilin Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency due to the impact of late leaf disease on rubber plants; (2) To analyze the income of smallholder rubber farmers in Bukit Jaya Village, Sungai Lilin Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency the impact of late leaf disease on rubber plants. The research was conducted in Bukit Jaya Village, Sungai Lilin District. The research location was chosen deliberately. Data collection was carried out in December 2020. The research method used in this study was a survey method. The sampling method in this study is the Slovin method. The first result of this research is that there is a decrease in the productivity of smallholder rubber plantations from 2018 (normal conditions) worth 3,816.49 kg/ha/year down to 3,083.64 kg/ha/year in 2020 (conditions affected by disease).
