Bank Syariah Mandiri is one of the sharia bank in Indonesia with good enough growth. It can see from financial ratios. One of it is Return on Equity (ROE) that influenced by many factors, among others Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adeguacy Ratio (CAR) and BOPO. Based on that short analysis, so it was formulate problem as: how did the influence of FDR, CAR and BOPO to Bank Syariah Mandiri in september 2009-november 2010 periods. The data that used in this research is secunder data, that is Bank Syariah Mandiri monthly financial reports from september 2009 to november 2010. In Double Correlation Analysis showed Adjusted R Squarer is 0,945 or 94,5%. This is shown that the contribution percentage of Independent variables (FDR, CAR and BOPO) to Independent variable (ROE) is 94,5% or independent variabels variation that use in the model (FDR, CAR, and BOPO) can explain sebesar 94,5% the dependent variable variation (ROE). Whereas the rest, 5,5% influenced or explained by another variables that did not entering in this research model. In F-test, it can be concluded that FDR, CAR and BOPO simultaneously have influence to ROE in Bank Syariah Mandiri. Whereas in t-test FDR itself has no significant influence to ROE. The conclusions of this research are: 1) FDR, CAR and BOPO have significant influence to ROE wholly at Bank Syariah Mandiri, 2) Partially, CAR and BOPO have significant influence to ROE at Bank Syariah Mandiri.
