Regency propagation of OKI become two regencies, are Ogan Ilir and OKI. These propagation was installed by come out the regulation number 37 in year 2003. The purpose of the propagation are for shorten the goverment span of control, basic efectifity and efficiency of sector implementation government. The purpose of this research is for the comparison of the region work of regency Ogan Ilir and OKI period 2008 - 2011 and for identification factors which made the dijferent of region work the government regency of Ogan Ilir and OKI The result of this research is efectivity and finance autonomy ratio government regency of OKI is better than Ogan Ilir but both of OKI and Ogan Ilir must be better and gain its performances, which is gain its Own-Source Revenue
