Capital structure is a permanent reflects the balance of spending their own Capital (Riyanto, 2001:22). Capital structure is very important for fmancial managers to determine the funding decision. Therefore need to consider the Capital structure in determining whether the company needs funds derived from their own Capital or filled with foreign Capital. The population in this study is a listing of Islamic banking at Indonesia Bank for the years 2004 to 2009, the object samples in this study has five Islamic Banking using Proportional cluster random sampling method. Dependent variable (Y) in this research is the Capital structure, while the independent variable (X) in this study were Profitability (Xj), Company Size (K2), and growth assets (X3). The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of profitability, firm size and growth of assets on the Capital structure by using multiple linear regression through SPSS 11.5. Result analyze of the factors that affect the Capital structure of Islamic banking that is partially or simultaneously variable profitability, firm size and asset growth no significantly influence Capital structure.
