This research aimed to know the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu industrial waste on the growth and yield of ridge gourd on nontidal swamp. This research was conducted from October 2020 to March 2021 in the Greenhouse of Experimental Garden of Agriculture Faculty, University of Sriwijaya and samples analysis was conducted in the Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility, Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The research method used a completely randomized designs and analysis of observation results uses Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and duncan multiple range test (DMRT) at 5%. Parameters in this research are contents analysis of waste and liquid organic fertilizer, nutrient contents analysis of nontidal swamp soils, length of plants, number of leaves, leaf area, weight of fruits, number of fruits, length of fruits and diameter of fruits. Based on the results of this research showed that application of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu industrial waste dose 25 ml per polybag (6500 L ha-1) could provide optimum growth on gambas plants those were at a plant length of 28 days after planting with 338.89 cm, the number of leaves age 21 days after planting with 47 strands and the area of leaves age 7 days after planting with 40.38 cm2 and 21 days after planting with 101.54 cm2 also the yields with 563,98 g per wine (9,4 ton ha-1).
