Batam City is one of the places that is often used as a shopping destination by tourists. It can indicate by the number of scattered shopping center developments. The number of scattered shopping centers is not commensurate with the information about the shopping center. The tourists also find it challenging to determine the destination for shopping due to the many alternatives available. It causes tourists only to choose popular or well-known shopping centers to visit. In addition, no system can assist tourists in determining the destination of shopping tourism that should be visited. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is implemented in a decision support system for determining shopping tourism attractions in Batam City, which can recommend shopping destinations to tourists to help solve these problems. There are five criteria used, including transportation, atmosphere, security, product variety, and facilities. Based on this research found that Nagoya Hill became the most recommended shopping tourism place for tourists.
