PENGARUH FAKTOR MODERASI SELF-EFFICACY DAN ISLAMIC WORK ETHICS TERHADAP SIKAP INDIVIDU DALAM MEMBENTUK PERILAKU BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF
Technology plays an important role in facilitating the exchange of information so as to support the knowledge sharing process that affects the organization's competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing system(KSS) that is easy to meet user requirements is a technology that can support knowledge sharing. Therefore, the aims of this study is to identify factors that can influence knowledge sharing behavior so that user requirements are known in the form of features for KSS. This study uses a quantitative methodology. The sample was conducted using proportional stratified random sampling method and obtained 407 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling technique based on Partial Least Square(PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that to shape knowledge sharing behavior, encouragement from organizational factors is needed, namely organizational culture, leadership, and rewards. While the individual attitude factor does not play a role. In addition, Self-Efficacy and Islamic Work Ethics cannot influence the relationship between individual attitudes and knowledge sharing behavior. Competitive advantage is influenced by knowledge sharing behavior. So that the required KSS features are comments, chats, user profiles,users for leadership, share, like, response emoticons, posts and group discussions.
