Spezial Shoes is one of the businesses engaged in laundry and dry cleaning services, especially shoes. In running its business process spezial shoes have not implemented a special strategy so that the revenue of spezial shoes is not maximized. In order to increase competitiveness in doing business, a website designed customer relationship management information system on spezial shoes that applies CRM methods and waterfall system development methods to support business processes run in spezial shoes. The languages used in system modeling software are PHP and MySql as DBMS. The results of the analysis conducted on the website of customer relationship management information system on spezial shoes by applying CRM, the result is a system that is built to improve good relations and customer trust to Spezial Shoes, make it easier for customers to get the latest information about the list of services provided by Spezial Shoes, create opportunities to attract new customers and increase the revenue potential of Spezial Shoes, assisting employees in managing information, transactions and customer service at Spezial Shoes. In addition, the system also generates several reports including service reports and merchant exchange reports, making it easier for owners to evaluate to implement a sales strategy into the next month.
