IMPLEMENTATION OF DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR DISTRIBUTOR SELECTION IN SARANA PRINTING USING SMART METHOD By Marina Adhitia Rosyadah 09031381821007 ABSTRACT In general, every company has specific criteria are used for selecting distributors, where their quality and efficciency can be trusted for the production proccess. Sarana printing is one of the companies that need distributors to support raw materials to make orders from customer. Sarana printing often change distributors in an indefinite period based on several criteria that have been set by the company's internal. However, in choosing the distributor, it is done manually. caused results in several criteria being unaccounted for so that it is considered less efficient and takes longer time. Those problems can be solved by building an information system that can support decisions and recommend the best distributor based on calculations using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. The final results obtained are in the form of preference values and rankings. System development is carried out using the PHP programming language.
