APPLICATION OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ON PT. ANUGRAH ZULVITOUR MANDIRI BY USING UCD (USER CENTERED DESIGN) METHOD By Putri Nur Kori 09031381821006 ABSTRACT The development of technology today resulted in an increasing business, as result of which companies must find new ideas and innovations in improving the quality of customer service and attracting interest from new customers, one of which is PT. Anugrah Zulvitour Mandiri is a tour and travel service provider company. In improving the quality of service to customers at PT. Anugrah Zulvitour Mandiri, the need for business strategies used, one of which is to build website-based applications combined with the concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a new innovation in the process of improving services to customers and in finding new customers (Acquire) and strengthening existing customers (Retain). The system development method used is the User Centered Design (UCD) method, where the user is involved starting from the initial stage of website design to the website trial process, resulting in maximum appearance and functionality. The programming languages used are PHP and MySQL as its database, as well as Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 for its web display design.
