IMPLEMENTATION OF CRM ON INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM IN PRODUCTION AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT OYSTER MUSHROOM By Anggy Lumongga Siregar 09031381821004 ABSTRACT The purpose of this research to manage production and marketing data on oyster mushroom inventory information system in Bitis Village by implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. In Bitis Village, there are oyster mushroom cultivated independently by Bitis Village farmers. However, the cultivators do not have activities in recording the stock of ready-to-harvest oyster mushrooms and specific strategies in managing production and marketing. As well as the ineffective intermediary media to convey suggestions and criticisms about oyster mushrooms that received by customers. In this research, the authors designed a web-bases information system by implementing a CRM strategy where in making this information system using the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique) methodology to support business processes in the production of oyster mushrooms. The programming language of the system modeling software is PHP and MySQL as DBMS. The results of the research using an inventory information system with the application of CRM, indicate that data processing by cultivators is getting quickly and the availability of facilities for customers to transact. Then can help cultivators to run their business processes in information on the amount of inventory and the process of recording production data. Than with the forum facility, customers can submit question, criticisms and suggestions that can be answered directly by the admin. As well as increasing good relations with old customers and new customers.
