This research was motivated by the problem of inadequate mobile health center facilities in Dempo Public Health Center Palembang with an attachment of regulation of the minister of health number 75 year 2014. Not implementing health center counseling in the working area of Dempo public health center has resulted in sub-optimal services. The research aimed to describe the implementation of mobile health center policy in health service Palembang. The research was descriptive study with qualitative method. Theory used in the research was the theory of Ripley and Franklin. There are three aspects to determinant the successfulof the policy implementation, such as: obedience level, routine continuity and function, and performance and impact. Data collection techniques used in the study were interview, observation and documentation. Based on three aspects of susccessful implementation policy, The result showed that the implementation of the Mobile Health Center Policy of the Palembang City Health Office In the Dempo City Health Center have not gone well. Thats was because there were still some social services that have not been implemented, such as conseling activities in the working area of Palembang City Dempo Health Center. Schedule of treatment activities in mobile clinics that were not in accordance with the SOP due to the tight schedule of nurses in Palembang Dempo Health Center. In addition, there was also a lack of facilities or infrastructure in mobile clinics in Palembang’s Dempo Health Center. Nevertheless, the implementation of this policy is still ongoing and at least has helped elderly patients to continue to get the same health services as in the Dempo Health Center in Palembang.
