Reproductive health is a condition of complete physical, mental and social health that is not only free from all diseases and disabilities related to the reproductive system, function and process of all people, including men and women.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of education and knowledge of reproductive health in housewives in Sungai Pinang Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a strong relationship that is positive and significant. This study used an associative quantitative analysis using a survey method and a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were housewives who were in Sungai Pinang Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, amounting to 2,359 people with a total sample of 96 people who were divided based on education level. The variables in this study were education level (variable X) and knowledge of reproductive health (variable Y). Collecting data from both variables using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis prerequisite test used the normality test and linearity test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship of 0.411 between the level of education and knowledge of reproductive health which is based on the value of the correlation coefficient into the strong enough category with a positive direction and with a 99% significance level of 2.617 so that thitung(4.37) ≥ ttable (2.617) . Thus the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Key words: education level, reproductive health knowledge, housewives.
