PENGARUH KOMBINASI PUPUK KANDANG KAMBING DAN PUPUK FOSFAT TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BUNCIS (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)
The research aimed to determine the effect of the combination of goat manure and phosphate fertilizer on the growth and yield of kidney beans. The research was conducted at Sekojo area, Palembang, South Sumatra from July to October 2020. The seeds used in this research were the seeds of the upright type of Balitsa-1 variety. The method used was Factorial Randomized Block Design (FRBD) which consists of two factors. The first factor was goat manure which consisted of 3 levels, namely K1 = 160 g polybag-1, K2 = 120 g polybag-1, K3 = 80 g polybag-1. The second factor, phosphate fertilizer or equivalent to TSP fertilizer which consists of 3 levels of treatment: P1 = 83 kg ha-1 phosphate fertilizer (equivalent to 1.44 g TSP fertilizer), P2 108 kg ha-1 phosphate (equivalent to 1.87 g TSP fertilizer), P3 = 133 kg ha-1 phosphate (equivalent to 2.31 g TSP fertilizer). The variables observed included plant height, number of leaves, flowering time, number of flowers, number of dead pods, harvest time, number of pods, pod length and pod weight. The results showed that goat manure with a dose of 160 g polybag-1 had the best effect on all variables. Phosphate fertilizer with a dose of 1.87 g polybag-1 gave the best effect on all variables except the number of pods. Combination treatment of goat manure at a dose of 160 g polybag-1 and phosphate fertilizer at a dose of 1.87 g polybag-1 gave the best effect on the number of beans pods of the Balitsa-1 variety.
