This research is entitled Strategies to Build Brand Image Tentor in Bandung. This study aims to determine the brand strategy carried out by Tentor (as a newcomer to the world of tutoring in Bandung) in building a brand image to consumers. In this study, researchers used the Brand strategy theory coined by Gelder with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that Tentor has done brand positioning well because it has fulfilled all the indicators in the brand positioning dimension. Tentor has also fulfilled the brand identity dimension well because it has fulfilled 2 of the 4 indicators, which are brand stories and slogans. Tentor has not been able to communicate its logo well and also a brand story that has not been able to influence consumers. Tentor has made a personality that matches his brand personality, even though there are some constraints on certain indicators but it can be tolerated with other achievements.
