In the era of the expanding industrial business, freight forwarding service are increasingly needed. Because of that, more and more companies are appearing in the distribution field, one of them is CV. Bonceng Kurir. This business entity is engaged in the courier. So far, the company has not used adequate application for daily operational activities. Therefore, a web based courier ordering application was created. The purpose of making this application is to help operational activities to be maximized. The method used in the this application is the waterfall method, with the stages of needs analysis, software design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. For the type of data taken in the form of basic data namely, assessment, literature study, interview, and documentation. Then non-substantial data namely, data obtained from previous research. Program language used in the creation of this application include, HTML, PHP, and, Javascript. Based in the result of analysis and testing on this web based courier ordering application, it can be concluded that this application is able to facilitate the company’s operational activities, start from receiving orders, managing orders, to knowing monthly or yearly income.
