PENENTUAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR DOMINAN PENERIMAAN APLIKASI BRAYAMART MENGGUNAKAN UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY(UTAUT) 2 PADA CUSTOMER PT ULU MAS JAYA (UMJ)
The internet today has changed people's shopping patterns, especially indonesians, in a more paktis direction, namely online shopping. One company that has implemented an online sales system in marketing its products is PT Ulu Mas Jaya (UMJ). The online sales system adopted by PT Ulu Mas Jaya (UMJ) is currently website-based and mobile under the brand "Brayamart". Due to the lack of measurement on the dominant factor of brayamart application acceptance, this is the consideration of researchers to predict these factors by using the UTAUT 2 or Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 model, in order to maximize the electronic sales strategy of PT Ulu Mas Jaya (UMJ). UTAUT 2 is a development of the UTAUT model used to study the acceptance and use of technology in a consumer context. Data management is done by multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the dominant factors that influence the interest in brayamart application acceptance behavior (behavior intention) are effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, and habit. While the dominant factor that influences the behavior of brayamart application acceptance (use behavior) is facilitating condition, habit and behavior intention.
